How much does it cost to appear in the e-directory? | |||
| Co-operatives, credit unions and caisses-populaires based in, or operating in, Ontario will appear in the e-directory at no charge. There is also no charge for the membership of the Ontario Co-operative Association to appear in the e-directory. In some cases, “co-op like” organizations may also appear at no charge. Other organizations which support the co-op sector may appear in the listings by paying an annual fee, or by joining the On Co-op membership. Once your request has been received, the e-directory review board will confirm the information and send you an acknowledgment. The organization affected may receive a phone call or e-mail to confirm the change. It generally takes a few days for changes to appear once the information has been verified. |

Why can’t I see the email address when I click on ‘E-mail them’? |

E-mail addresses are masked to prevent spamming and from web-crawlers who harvest the information for their own mailing lists. Clicking on “e-mail them” brings up a secure e-mail form that sends your message directly to the e-mail address we maintain in our hidden, internal files. |

Test the “e-mail them” link in the listing to see whom in your organization receives the message. If it does not go to the correct person or department, send the updated e-mail address to us using the “Contact Us” button. |
