Gay Lea Foods Co-operative is a leader in the dairy industry in Ontario and Canada. Founded in 1958, the co-op manufactures and markets a variety of dairy products that are sold provincially, nationally and internationally. The co-op's product line includes award-winning butter, milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, dips, aerosol whip creams, a variety of milk powders and fine cheeses. Through this, they manufacture and distribute through the retail, industrial and food service sectors the brands most preferred by the country's top chefs.
